In 1997 I decided to leave the world of technical theater and move into IT. I loved to tell people that I want to build computers so that I had an excuse to test them out with fun video games. 

Early on, I discovered that many IT people were not upfront with their clients and sometimes rude. It became my mission to be honest and easy to understand when it came to communicating with my clients. I have found that this approach has developed some great relationships with my clients.
